Please note due to the one of a kind nature of my jewelry, each item is handmade to order. It may take up to a week and a half for me to make your item. Please allow ample time when ordering. If you need something sooner please let me know first so we can make sure you have your item in time. I always do my best to accommodate!

NYC SHIPPING DISCOUNT
I am happy to arrange for pickup in NYC.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

• We offer returns within 7 days, and exchanges within 30 days. No returns or exchanges on custom orders.
• You must first contact liz@24karas.com to receive a Return Authorization & indicate your reason on the invoice received with purchase.
• Please package the item(s) with padding.
• Jewelry must be in clean, unworn & otherwise resalable condition when it is returned to us. We reserve the right to refuse a return or charge a restocking fee if these conditions are not met.
• For returns, the purchase price of the merchandise will be credited back to your original method of payment via PayPal.
• For exchanges, store credit will be issued.
• Returns are processed in the order received and may take 2-10 days to be refunded once we receive them.
